This seems highly improbable but I spotted today a feed by Israeli company RRsat on Badr 26E. Obviously , this is an Arab satellite and it is strange to find this Israeli uplinker on this sat. The details are 11112 V Sr 3255 RRSAT-DSNG_10 fec auto pal enc in BISS 512/4112 as the feed in encrypted it is difficult to know what it contains but SR 3255 is often used by Turkish up linkers .I believe this is a sport feed as news feeds are rarely encrypted in the ME

If you blind scan Badr 26E you will find at 11102 V Sr 7200 an id called 000 ( 3 zeros) which seems to contain data or an encoded steam. I made some more investigations with TSReader and found that this is a HD encrypted stream for Al Jazeera from the Euro 2006 called “AL JAZEERA PATH 2 HD EUROCUP” which is a MPEG4 stream for Al Jazeera. The debit is around 10 Mbits so it should be compressed in MPEG4 video

The sound will be in English with Persian subtitles , from the way other MBC channels are doing we think the channel will broadcast the same movies on MBC2/4/Action but  with Persian subtitles.
